Kids with children’s tickets are welcome in VIP areas and activities when accompanied by an adult, but VIP gift bags and package-specific perks are reserved for adult VIP ticket holders.

 

Can I get a refund on tickets? 

Ticket refunds are only allowed if we are notified by you prior to August 7th. After that date we have a strict no refund policy.
