Where is the event? 

The event is located in Dufur, Oregon on the Stelzer family farm. 

 

Where can I stay? 

There are several great places to stay in the Dufur and the surrounding area. For those who love the outdoors, camping and RV sites are available on the Stelzer family farm and can be reserved when you purchase your tickets. Sites are limited.

 

There are several great hotel options nearby. The Balch Hotel is offering our guests a 10% discount, and Cousins Country Inn in The Dalles is also providing a special discounted rate. To receive the discount, please call the hotel directly and ask for the Harvest Festival rate.

Because this is a popular weekend, we strongly recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible. You may also want to check availability at Holiday Inn Express in The Dalles.

 

Are there RV hookups? 

No. All camping and RV sites are dry camping only and do not include water, sewer, or electrical hookups. RV passes are limited, with only 40 spots available, and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis through the ticketing process.

 

Can we have a campfire? 

No. Campfires are not permitted on the Stelzer family farm due to the high fire risk during the summer months. We appreciate your understanding as we work to protect our land, guests, and surrounding community.

 

Can I bring my pets? 

Pets are discouraged, but if you need to bring one, they must be kept on a leash at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and for any damage or injury caused by their pets while on the property.

 

When do the gates open? 

  • Friday August 28thVIP Check-in at 5PM

  • Saturday, August 29th: General Admission Check-in at 8AM

  • Sunday, August 30th: Gates Open at 8AM

 

Will there be food vendors on site? 

Yes! We’re excited to welcome a variety of food vendors offering wholesome meals and refreshments throughout the event. Guests will find a range of options, including organic, gluten-free, and vegan choices.

 

Where can I buy tickets? 

Tickets can be purchased online. Click the link below to reserve your tickets and secure your spot at the event.

Will tickets be available at the gate? 

A limited number of tickets are available, and we do not anticipate having tickets for sale at the gate. We encourage you to reserve your tickets as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.

 

Can I get a refund on tickets? 

Refunds are available only if requested on or before August 15. After August 15, all ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

 

Can I resell my tickets? 

Tickets are transferable; however, we discourage private resales to help prevent ticket scams. If you can no longer attend and need to transfer your ticket to someone else, please contact our event team as soon as possible so we can assist with the transfer.

 

What is included in the VIP passes? 

VIP guests may check in early on Friday, August 28, beginning at 5:00 PM. VIP access also includes a private concert with the Stelzer Family on Friday evening and reserved front-row seating during speaker sessions throughout the event.


I want to be a sponsor! How can I do that? 

Thank you for your interest in making our event special! Please contact our event team, and we’ll send you our sponsorship package. From there, you can choose the sponsorship opportunity that best fits your goals and budget.

I want to be an event vendor! How can I do that? 

We’re excited to welcome small businesses, family-run businesses, and independently owned businesses to our event. If you’re interested in becoming a vendor, please apply below to receive the vendor application package.

I want to be a volunteer! How do I apply?

We’re so glad you’re interested in joining our volunteer team! Approved volunteers receive free admission to the event. Please complete the application form below so we can learn more about you. Volunteer spots are limited, and applications will be reviewed as they are received. We look forward to connecting with you!

What is the mentorship panel?

The Mentorship Panel is made up of experienced professionals, farmers, and business owners who bring decades of hands-on experience in their fields. They are here to share insight, offer guidance, and help problem-solve as you grow your business or farm. Each session will feature discussions around multiple businesses and farms. 

I want to have my business or farm considered for the mentorship panel. How do I apply? 

We are so excited to encourage and equip other businesses and farmers with tools to help you succeed. Please submit your application here.

Will tickets be available at the gate? 

There are a limited number of tickets available. We do not expect to have any tickets available to sell at the gate. We encourage you to reserve your tickets as soon as possible. 

 

Can I get a refund on tickets? 

Ticket refunds are only allowed if we are notified by you prior to August 15th, after that date we have a strict no refund policy. 

 

Can I resell my tickets? 

Tickets are transferable, but we discourage reselling of tickets to prevent ticket scams. If you cannot attend and need to resell your tickets, contact our event team as soon as possible to transfer the ticket to the new ticket holder. 

 

What is included in the VIP passes? 

VIP ticket holders will be allowed to check in early on Friday, August 28th at 5 PM.  VIPs can join the Stelzer Family at a private concert on Friday Evening. VIP attendees also have reserved seating in the front rows of the speaker sessions.
