Where is the event? 

The event is located in Dufur, Oregon on the Stelzer family farm. 

 

Where can I stay? 

There are several great local options. 

If you’re the outdoorsy type, when you purchase your tickets, you can also reserve a camping or rv site. 

 

There are local hotels such as The Balch Hotel that offers a 10% discount for our guests. Cousins Country Inn (located in The Dalles Oregon) is also offering our guests a discounted rate. Call them directly and ask for the Harvest Festival discount. Because this is a holiday weekend, we recommend booking your hotel room as soon as possible. You may also try Holiday Inn (The Dalles).

 

Are there RV hookups? 

No. All camping and RV sites are dry sites only. Only 40 RV passes will be available via the ticketing process on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Can we have a campfire? 

No. Campfires are  not permitted on Azure Farms due to the high fire danger during the summer season in this area. 

 

Can I bring my pets? 

Pets are discouraged but if you need to bring them they must be leashed at all times. You must clean up after them. You are held liable for any damages to property caused by your pets. 

 

When do the gates open? 

On August 30th, VIP check in is 9am. Followed by GA check in at noon.

On August 31st and September 1st the gates open at 8am. 

 

Will there be food vendors on site? 

Yes, we are excited to welcome a variety of food vendors to provide wholesome options to our guests. We have vendors providing organic, gluten free, and vegan options.

Will tickets be available at the gate? 

There are a limited number of tickets available. We do not expect to have any tickets available to sell at the gate. We encourage you to reserve your tickets as soon as possible. 

 

Can I get a refund on tickets? 

Ticket refunds are only allowed if we are notified by you prior to August 15th. After that date we have a strict no refund policy. 

 

Can I resell my tickets? 

Tickets are transferable but we discourage reselling of tickets to prevent ticket scams. If you cannot attend and need to resell your tickets, contact our event team as soon as possible to transfer the ticket to the new ticket holder. 

 

What is included in the VIP passes? 

VIP ticket holders will be allowed to check in early on August 30th. They can join the Stelzer family in the apple orchard for a breakfast feast on August 30th, as well as receive a VIP tour of the Azure Farm facilities guided by Stelzer family members. VIP attendees also have reserved seating in the front rows of the speaker sessions.

We are excited to include small businesses, family businesses, and independently owned businesses in our event. Reach out to our event team to receive our vendor package.

We’re excited to have you on the team. Volunteers receive free admission if approved to join the team. Please fill out your information on this form. We are only accepting a limited amount of volunteers.

What is the mentorship panel?

The mentorship panel is a skilled team of people who have decades of experience in their fields. They are here to offer you insight on how to improve your business or farming practices, how to get your business or farming ideas up and running, and problem solve with you over obstacles that you may be facing. 

The panel will be discussing multiple businesses/farms during their sessions.
